Avis at Bali Airport

Clean car, no issues

No counter in the airport and no instructions on where to find Avis or the car, it took us over an hour until we found someone.

The agent that respresented Avis, was disrespectfull very unfriendly, charged me extra $10 dollars a day for a baby chair which was poorly fitted and seat belts could not be adjusted.

I did not even get a car nor any solutions throughout my whole trip. Basically I paid money but nothing was delivered. I expect a reply and a full refund.
