- Good size vehicle, fair price
- Car was in bad condition which reduced driving comfort and concerns over safety. (Driver door didn’t close properly, window and door seals lose/rattling, steering shuddered under breaking, oil change light came on after 2nd day) unhelpful staff at pick up, drop off and when we called them for assistance mid trip. No interest from Budget to Feedback

- Not a lot.
- First car provided had previously had smokers in it. Next car was OK but was not a fresh motor. Return was a mele having to park on a lot accross from the car hire lot. Directed to park by an individual who's only ID was the company shirt he was wearing. I do hope he was actually an employee.I am still waiting for my receipt 6hrs later.
