- Quick and easy to collect
- Got charged a massive amount for apparent damage which I never noticed when I picked up the car. The lighting in the airport carpark is very poor at night when I collected the car and so it is very difficult to see or photograph any existing damage to the paintwork. Had an initial email exchange with Hertz but further questions I had were ignored.

- Hertz was clearly the most popular as there was queue to get the car and only one person at the desk. This delayed our collection of the car.
