value for your moneywhen picking up the car there were a lot of damages/scratches not noted down on the contract. took a lot of time as we had to get inside to the counter again to change that on the contract. would be faster if people down at the parking spot were allowed to change contracts/mark extra damages on the contract.

Overall a great experience.The baby seat we got did not have a base and needed to be tied in with a car seat. If car seats with bases were available in the future it would be great!

Car was excellent and in good conditionSlow to pick up car even though all booked.
Nobody in booth to receive car on drop off at 7.30am in car park. Had to go to desk in terminal which was a long way away. They then tried to send me back to the original booth back in the car park but I refused and left my keys at the terminal desk.

The counter staff operative, thoroughly checked the car before handover and made note of a scratch on the driver door panel which he recorded. He also checked the spare wheel. On returning the car the counter staff thoroughly checked the car, noted the mileage and signed off the paperwork that the car was returned as original condition.Nothing

I was told that I needed to go out to the carpark to check the car for scratches etc, take photos & return to the desk in the airport if I found any that weren't already on the picture of a car in the hire docs. I went out & found at least 6 significant scratches that should've been recorded earlier by Goldcar after the car was returned previously.

The car I was given would have been my preferred choice if offered on line, the pick up process was much quicker than almost every other rental company, the drop off was also very quick and the staff were all very polite and knowledgeable Nothing actually

Efficient service for collection and return. Competitive prices.Waiting too long at reception (again). It would be helpful to have a receptionist dealing with existing reservations/regular clients - speedy collection ? It takes me 5 minutes maximum to check-in and collect my keys- but over 20 minutes it seems for your new clients who ask to be shown how to get out of the car park etc.....

The rest of the car was clean.The inside windscreen was so dirty - it was almost dangerous with strong sunshine. I had to stop and clean so that i could see.it would have been helpful to jave directions oit of the carpark.

I was queuing for about 10 minutes before I noticed I had to take a number to be served because a lot of people were around the desk and I did not see the number dispenser. I noticed other people had the same problem and I even informed some of them. A clear message above head height could avoid this.

Easy of pick up and helpfulness of rental counter assistant. Car was in excellent condition.The car was advertised as a 7 seater but with the 2 back seats up there was no storage space. I appreciate that this was shown on the advert for the car but I think should have been highlighted more clearly.

The person at the collection desk spoke very good english and was very helpful. I was also given a choice of cars.Not a fault of Goldcar, but hire car return is not well signposted on approach to the airport. I had to do a second lap to get to returns. Also, the cigarette lighter point in the car didn't seem to be working leaving me unable to chargr my SatNav.

The staff at the drop off airport in Toulouse were superb. the extras are a bit expensive and we upgraded the vehicle rather than pay for a garmin sat nav on the chosen vehicle that did not have one

The ease of booking, helpful staff with careful explanation given, ease of upgrade. No staff around at drop off in the car park. The car we were upgraded to was quite badly scratched on the bonnet/wing.

Service all okPicked up car with slight accident damage on one side. Nobody at outside pick up desk to show. Petrol was only 7/8 full. Car a bit scruffy but ok. Told staff when I got back as there was someone at the desk, he took picture of damage.

Very poor car (Fiat 500L).
Absence of a co-ordinated insurance relationship between Goldcar and Rental Car (with whom I made the booking) resulted in me paying far too much for the hire.

My only concern is we had a 15 mile tailback so late for our flight so unable to fill the car with diesel so will be interesting to see how much I pay.
Because I missed the flight and returned within 40 minute to see if I could re book for one day. It just wasn't possible.
