Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi: Ornate and extravagant, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is well worth a visit. Accommodating 46,000 worshippers, the stunning mosque is a work of art — as well as being the biggest mosque in the world. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour around the majestic building, where you will find one of the world’s largest chandeliers (weighing 12 tonnes!) above the main prayer hall.  Featuring 82 domes and over 1,000 columns, the mosque is surrounded by pools which reflect the light. At night, a unique moon-reflecting lighting system is used to create a magical atmosphere.
