- Once everything sorted out the car was clean and correct!
- There was no dollar representative so I had to go to a different counter, at first they gave me a Mustang sports car, which is not what I had booked. Once they had corrected the mistake & given me my SUV then they gave me the wrong keys so I had to walk out to the lot & come back in to get the correct set of keys for the correct vehicle !
