Great staff who were really helpful Not the car we expected but a good car. It had a smaller boot (trunk) so getting the cases in was a bit of an effort.

The were able to easily replace the first car we got which was in very poor condition and I was very unhappy with. My car expectations were higher, even though I rented something on the lower end in terms of price.

First car was dirty and took a along time to sort out and arrange for another car. The car we were expecting was a ford focus but the first car we were offered besides being dirty was a car I'd never heard of and your rep told us it was inline with what we paid. Budget offered to clean while we waited but after travelling for more than 24 hrs this

Vehicle was eventually what we wantedI had to change the vehicle the next day at Orlando airport as I booked a ten seat vehicle with luggage space and I was given a 15 seat vehicle which had no luggage space at all and here was no alternative available. At Budget in Orlando after driving 250 miles , they were helpful and changed the vehicle.

The service at the counter after waiting in line more than 30 minutes was good. That when i choose the car with you it was with 1st tank full. But at Budget they said thats not true so i think that those types of things such as communication must be clear when you are partner and to avoid such of confusion for us that rent a car. Because this change the credibility of both company, this isn't nice but the rest was fine.

We were given a nearly new Chrysler Pacifica instead of the Dodge. This had 1000 miles only on the clock. It opens if you are close to the car without pressing the unlock, so if you have a habit of locking and trying a door to make sure it is locked, walk away and get someone else to check the car is locked.It is difficult to find the return car centre at Miami airport - and as of November 2017 there are a lot of roadworks on major roads nearby. You need to come in driving Eastwards on NW 25th Street - don't believe online maps that say the other way or you will need to make a U-turn which is probably a traffic violation of some kind.
