Adocar Rental at Cancun Airport

Horrible! This company is a total scam.

This company totally scammed us. We pre-paid for the car and when we went to pick it up the representative made us pay triple the price we had already paid. They did this to multiple other customers as well. Total cheats! Strongly avoid this company at all costs.

Nothing. Will not be referring anyone to rent through here ever again.

Very unsatisified and extremely upset. I was given the OPTION for insurance online which I denied because I have rental car insurance through visa valid in mexico. After over 40 min. Of waiting, they denied my visa insurance and told me I needed to buy their $167 insurance to take the car. They have a license to steal. NOT RIGHT!

- ADO rental want there to pick us up -Once picked up ADO forced us to purchase insurance - the car we reserved didn't have a functioning AC -ADO rental attempted to downgrade us and we asked for partial refund -ADO rental refused to give us partial refund and "upgraded" us to a van that didn't have a functioning locking and unlocking system.
