- Driver's window didn't work and offside passenger door had a fault. Steering was not balanced well.

- Pick up and drop off was easy. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE My concerns were ignored. My initial biggest concerns were the sound of the engine and “pull” of the vehicle. Engine lacked power to climb the hill leading from their office to the road. The insurance was exorbitant USD$90. Car battery died while charging my phone (15 minutes).
- Car battery malfunctioned while on our journey. When I reported matter, I was told their mechanic would call me. NO MECHANIC CALLED ME. I had to get a mechanic to jump start battery because he said it was weak that’s why it was malfunctioning. I had to disconnect battery each night out of fear of being left stranded. - The car was clean.
- The car battery was faulty and the car didn’t work for a few hours. I reported it to the rental company but they were very unhelpful and rude, telling me to fix it myself. The car was very slow especially on the motorway. I managed to get the battery terminals fixed at a cost to myself.
