- The GPS system was extra 50 Euros that they did not show me how to work it, was poorly set up with the wrong location for my destination. In the end I used my google maps app on my phone which was better and didn't cost me. I did not appreciate having to bring the car back "cleaned" or would have been charged extra.

- I put my flight number in on booking.com to track my flight so they would know my ETA. I got there and they said my hire had been given to someone else, then charged my for another car which was supposedly an upgrade. what is the point of putting flight in if they do not track it?
