- Familiarity as ive booked with them before and all info was quick and accessible.
- The rep was quite unhelpful, unlike anything we have experienced before. Yes, we were late picking up the car but with good reason. He tried his hardest to get us a new booking directly with them using pressure and scare sales tactics. Never again!

- Despite taking alleged cover for the car, any damage would have incurred a fee in excess of €1000. Made me anxious the whole time!
