OptimoRent at Trapani Airport

Excellent experience, friendly staff - good value for money.

I don't like it when the petrol is not full and I'm expected to then try and return it at the level it was given to me. I expect the tank to be full and that way I can return it full and not 'lose' money by overfilling it on my return.

The car was practically brand new, 6400kms only and the staff that assist us was fantastic. thanks

Absolutely nothing good with booking . Com or the vehicle hire company, I feel I have been totally let down

If I book and pay for a car for 7 days and You’ve made a mistake about the pick up time !!! I do not expect to have my whole booking cancelled and I had to pay the full price Again
