Ecovia at Trapani Airport

When I collected the car I was told i needed to pay an additional insurance (over 350euro) even though I bought the additional cover from booking.com. Also I had to pay a senior driver fee for my mum for the whole rental even though my mum was driving only the last 3 days (she was not even there to drive at the beginning- another 120 euro). Rip off
