Have made a formal complaint about Goldcar but no one seems to be actually reading the letter attached to the email I send! They gave us an unsafe car and left us abandoned on a road with no support and responsibility for a broken down car. We had to pay for taxis’, a hotel and a new hire car from Hertz! PLEASE READ EMAIL ATTACHMENTS!

Everything was very quick and easy. Good value for money.

The car was not what I ordered - I ordered a Jeep Renegade or similar and got a Hyundai Bayon, which is low and not particularly nice car. However, it was ok.

Quick and easy service. Good value for money. No fuss. Would use again.

Ordered a Jeep Renegade; we got a Fiat 500X. Bit worried that it was going to be too small but actually it was fine, fitted all the luggage and was a good little car.
