great friendly staff
good service to the airportthe car park is very tight for space during temporary works. the cars were parked by the staff bumper to bumper -
I would have been nervous if I had left without checking off with a member of staff in case I incurred any damages

Car was very good. Service from the team was excel at and all very helpful.
The shuttle bus waiting time was very exseesive considering the distance from the terminal. Would of been quicker to walk.
And recovering the car was a little lengthy
Car was a little dirty on the inside but nothing serious.
Some strange marks on the dash and looked like a dirty cloth was used to clean the inside.

The car, a Nissan Qashqai, was very comfortableWe got a flat tire and there was no spare to get to a repair garage. I will not rent a car without a spare again.

- The free upgrade, thank you - made driving round the Country a breeze;
- Helpfulness of Leeds Airport Hertz staff who arranged for an inspection to be carried out within 20 minutes into the issue noted below No User Manual was supplied - 30 minutes into the journey a warning light cabs in that I did not recognise and could only find via Google after digging around a bit. The mechanic at Leeds Hertz could not work out how to turn the warning light off.

Staff were very efficient which means picking up and dropping off the car was very quick and easy. It's a very convenient location, on the car park just at the side of Piccadilly station. They didn't force me to get extra insurance!

Everything went smoothly.When I had to change my booking due to the Beast from the East, it cost me almost double my original booking price.
ALL car hire places should be more transparent when it comes to Insurance.

Overall, you guys are pretty.The Skoda we were given as an upgrade didn’t have an effective windscreen demister.

Booking on line, effectiveness that the car size was what I requested.Condition of car was poor....there were many scratches / dents etc that I had to view in report and agree by physically viewing the vehicle before I could take the car. In the end is worthwhile as I would of been questioned on returning the car I suppose but did not expect to spend such a long time having to examine a newish hire vehicle.

I picked a car specifically that was designated as from an on-site rental provider. I had to wait 15 mins for a bus to the rental centre, which then took another 10 mins to get to the Car Rental Village - not what I expect when I am told that this is an on airport location.

Being able to pick up at the airport but drop off at the train station. Much easier for us to carry onto the next part of our holiday. Not hertz issue but personally didn’t like the switch handbreak on the car. Seems to be common in Nissan cars to be all electronic.

Fabulous car with more than all the bells and whistles but I could not use half of them. Why don't you include the basic user manual with all vehicles?
Had an amazing SatNav but I had no idea how to utilise all the terrific features.

The staff were friendly and helpfulAt both pick up and drop off things moved a bit slowly. I appreciate that staff give each customer their full attention and make them feel valued - but it could be a little quicker - or perhaps have more staff at high-traffic times.

Good helpful staff.
Great cars.The Hertz rep.claiming the car was not fully refueled when i dropped it off. I had fully filled the car less than a mile away so the only fuel missing was the amount i used to drive from gas station to the drop off point!
After i showed him the receipts for the fuel and the mileage range (same as when car picked up) he said ok and accepted it.

The staff was excellent At the drop off in Liverpool after hours there was no instruction on where to park the car or leave the key
