- The staff.
- I was paying by debit card and I had to pay extra. The problem was that I didn't know the amount for an extra insurance in advance. I did not receive any confirmation of my payment. €25 was deducted from my card without my consent or informing me what I was paying extra for. I'm assuming that it was a local tax (paid already before)
