Booking the car on line was good but because of the upgrade there was some extra time at the rental desk. I think we ended up with a car that better served our purpose. The company needs to better identify the location and procedure for returning the car to the airport in Frankfurt. My wife and I were extremely exhausted and very frustrated by the time we were finished returning the car. The upgrade was far more than I had expected to pay to rent a car for two weeks.

very good price/value for a car of that quality. excellent to drive. and happy to have got a stick-shift (which becomes increasingly difficult).finding out how to turn off the lane assistant was a bit tricky.

Very easy to rent a car.The car gave message that "oil change was due" every time starting the engine.
The side mirror of the car was not very clean.

Got an upgrade to Mercedes E200. Car condition super new, with only 500 km mileage. The staff who attended me was very professional and friendly. Definitely Sixt car rental my only choice. No dislike

the car was very goodthere was a long queue at the Sixt counter and it took forever to get the car. We might consider using another company next time as Sixt seems the most popular, but do not have enough staff on duty.

I asked to collect the car from the hotel in Munich and it took them more than 24 hours to do that

Rental desk was conveniently located in arrivals hall. Representative was very efficient and helpful.First time renting a car in Frankfurt Airport. I missed the turn for the car hire return, which caused me some delay - but I can't blame Sixt for that!

The agent was so helpful. There was an issue with my credit card being used outside of the USA. She used the Sixth phone to help me and I was extremely well taken care of. What a great experience for my first time renting in Germany

Customer serviceWe walked right passed the Sixt counter at terminal because it's tucked inside an area. Also, in your confirmation email, include the confirmation number. We accidentally left my print out of reservation at home and upon arriving at Frankfurt we had no confirmation number or knowledge to see Sixt for car

Ease of pick up and drop off locations.The car return sign in Strasbourg Train Station is not clear for cars not pick up from Strasbourg. I have to walk and find, and literally occupy Taxi line area to locate it. Perhaps, you may place new sign along the semi-circle road in front of the Strasbourg Train Station, both ways, not just one way.
