Picking-up the car was straighforward
When dropping-off the car, there was no-one in the parking and I had to walk all the way to the Thrifty counter in the airport and then, all the way back with a Thrifty crew member in order to check the car. Most rental car companies have staff waiting in the return parking lot and the entire process is done there.

They didn't explain the correct number to use for panapass. We paid 25$ to the number on the sticker on the car and it wasn't the right one. We lost this money for nothing.

Receiving the same make/model indicated at the time of advance booking.
The drop-off process was chaotic. There is a small space in which to park which was full and caused other traffic to back up behind us. The Thrifty staff member was trying to deal with four different clients at the same time and obviously having difficulty keeping up.

Henry was courteous and was very helpful. I received my car in a timely manner. This was my first time renting a car. From this experience I would certainly rent again from Thrifty.

Very good value for money, vehicle in excellent condition, clean and meeting my requirements. Spacious and in good working order.
Due to high popularity, the tank was half full and so, I returned a half full tank. It is easier, however, to return full to full but this could not be helped, so it would not prevent me from booking again with your company.

things within your control: 1. they didn t explain that if a returned the car after the same hour that I had picked it up, that I had to pay a day extra. 2. Once I was out on the highways I found out, rather abruptly, that there are toll roads, in which you can not pay cash but have to use a card. It would be nice if your personnel were to inform the customers about this. OUT OF YOUR CONTROL Upon returning the car it is confusing since there aren t adequate signs. I had to go around three times, finally I asked a policeman and told me to park in an área in which, I found out later, risked to have the car towed away.
