I was a bit disappointed when I heard it was a Kia but it was actually very enjoyable to drive and had lots of features.Hard to find the right counter at the airport as the sign for IOM Rentacar is quite low down and hard to see

quality of the car and value for money. The car park for the hire car was next to the airport entrance. Having enough petrol to start my journey, without this being the first thing to think of. no one at the counter when I returned the car.

The staff at the desk at Rental Car Hire were very helpful & professional. The paperwork was sorted out with the minimum of fuss & everything I needed to know was explained to me easily by the representativeEverything was fine & although I didn't received the car I originally requested, I was very pleased with its replacement.

Helpful staff
Great upgrade!Took me a while to find the desk as there are several car hire companies all together. Would have been useful to know that IOM Car Rentals operate out of Athol Cars.
