The car was brand new. The overvalue of the quality compared with the cost was high. The personnel was helpful and spoke a good English. We weren't informed of how to reach the office. The van that picked us up didn't have any logo of InterRent. Anyway, this wasn't a big problem as we just asked to the drivers.
