Difficulty to find rental car parking if you are first time visitor.

Staff speaks good English and are polite.Parking is quite far from the airport terminal but this is for all renta a car companies.

Everything was smooth and hassle-free. The downtown location matched our plans well. Car itself was in excellent condition and clean.Car had inadequate trunk space because spare wheel (and probably also AWD) ate up space. We had to take one small luggage in the cabin, so effectively the trunk space turned out less than mentioned in the reservation.

Staff insdie the terminal were very polite and helpfulThere were marks on the car and a missing hub cap when we picked it up. We photographed this as we were worried we would be blamed as noone had told us about them in advance

We did not get the alfa Romeo that we booked, and it did not look like in the parking that there where any Alfa Romeos at all, disappointing.

Clear and efficient pricing without any hidden clause.
Politeness of the staff.The paperwork is incredibly slow. I waited in a 3 person queue for 40 minutes before being able to get the keys.

All arrangements worked out as plannedTedious queue at Bologna Airport desk. The car assigned to us had a fault so we had to wait for a second one - luckily there was one of the same type on site. The second car may have been due for a service - the clutch seemed not quite 100%, but OK.

Liked the easy, quick and efficient service of staff when collecting and returning the car.We have rented cars with europcar a number of times and this is the first time that the car didn't appear to have been cleaned/hoovered before we got it.

Good quality car - VW Golf 7 diesel, only 3 months oldDescription "no damage" on initial contract, but as always there is some damage which has to be found, noted and agreed before driving away - time-wasting!!

The person at the desk had a tag "in training". There was no one around at that time (8.30am)to help him. It took a while before he entered all the information. Recording him there was a problem with my Visa and he had to call somebody. Luckily it was all ok.
