Quick service and priceExpected a Tipo or that sort of car, got a small opel crossland X mini SUV thing instead which was the only disappointment it's not a Tipo or similar at all.

you could ask for details at airport to confirm your worries about insurance etc, you can leave the car even when rent office is still closed, and you can ask for help at parking spot if you cannot find parking space even booked for Joy Rent.car had marks / damages that where not shown on document, car inside was a bit dirty, specially seats,
would be nice to have also tips like:
- what is the average fuel usage of your car
- where to tank near airport
- self service refuel is cheaper
- a short info about country road laws

Having a family, not getting a shuttle bus to another location to pick up. Desk inside airport made it very smooth. No cues either at the time we were there late afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The car was in a great condition and the staff were helpful. Previously I have felt pressured by staff to purchase excess insurance, which I have already purchased separately myself, but not with Joyrent - they were a Joy to do business with and being located in the arrivals hall and not offsite was the icing on the cake.Absolutely nothing.

The car was a Citroen C1 which I thought was going to be too small but it was a nippy and economical car. Pick up was easy and staff friendly.It was difficult to find the car as there are not enough spaces for this company.

There were no scraper and brush to remove the snow and frost from the car - and it was all covered with it. Finally heat air helped to melt it.

Only minor issue was finding the drop off point for the car because we were told carpark 3 but the entrance to the actual drop off point was actually outside the carpark.
This was a small thing though and overall Joy Rent were very good

I was positively surprised with JoyRent and all the staff. Despite the bad comments and reviews I read, everything went super well. The car was brand new, clean and all fine. The staff was very helpful, specially when I returned the car, cause we were in a hurry for getting our flight. I would recommend them without any problems.

Car was clean, perfect condition, almost new, staff was helpful and friendly. Value for money for a car was excellentwe were waiting for 40 min before we were picked up from airport. We ordered ski rack, but they didnt have it and it was really inconvenient to travel 5 persons inside with skis. Everyone ended up trip extremely tired.
