Staff at Localiza got on the road as quick as they could and the return was handled very quickly and professionally. It took a long time to get picked up and there was no hand book in the car explaining some of the signs we saw on the dashboard!

Staff very helpful and easy process. No pushing of extras unless requested. Cars are very basic and have only the minimum necessary. No damage inspection/reports on pickup and not much on delivery either.

I like overall the service and the car. The GPS was consuming too much energy and when I was recharging it in the car using USB, I was not able to use it (the guiding to my destination stop and I received a message that the GPS was connected to the USB).
