Car is new with low mileage. Consistent high standards and worries free from Thrifty every time I'm booked with them. The extra cost for dropping off the car in a different city when practically I was providing a drive back service to the car's registered origin.

Very easy to deal with. Pick up was a breeze,easy to find. Drop off once we found where we were meant to be was easy. Everyone was pleasant & happy to help. ThanksOverall the company was easy to deal with. We had a little trouble following the directions when returning car to Melbourne Airport due to instructions stating to "not go through any boom gates" which we had to, but we got there in the end.
