All good, everything went super quickly and smooth! Finding the rental desk office was a bit tricky as it wasn't clear from the start where and how to find their office. Just need to take a shuttle outside the airport to get the the location.

Great car, great price. The directions for finding the car were not very good. No one at the airport knew where p12 parking was. We walked around for a long time asking and finally called and it was an Avis number. We went to the Avis counter and he was able to sort it out. The Avis people were very good. The TurisPrime person was also an Avis employee and he was great.

Car was clean and staff wore efficient. Looking forward to using a new car (I have a vehicle in the Algarve). Unfortunately the car had been in an accident and had quite a lot of damage to the exterior. It spoilt the experience of driving off in a nice new vehicle. I also had to pump the tyres up in the first week, which I wouldn’t expect to do on a car that wasn’t my own.

Price of the car hire, could use a debit card, didnt have to pay the expected mandatory charge for the toll motorway transponder as i said i wouldn't be using toll roads. I didnt get pressured to pay for any extra insurance etc. The staff were friendly and welcomed me taking pics of hire car. Airport transfer to/from turisprime depo was excellent. The slow rental process. In total, queuing, filling in forms showing ID, payment of deposit, Checking hire car for damage took around an hour. Only 1 person on the desk when dropping car off at 8.20am so big queue.

Hours of operation at Turisprime location at the airport. If we have a flight before 9 am we need to return the car in the night before. Office opens at 8 am.
