Dropping of the car was a very easy process Less than 3 minutes and the process was over Picking up the car was a very long time There were 10 customers ahead of me It took me 40 minutes to reach the rental counter and another 15 minutes to finish the rental process although I had the rental agreement and the extra insurance form and the International driver’s license ready

The representative at the rental desk was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting and driving in UK so I was nervous but he was very patient and recommended a car that was perfect for me. I did have a bit of trouble finding the car rental location when turning in the car. However, a phone call and talk with a representative helped me. Perhaps a street address for those of us unfamiliar with London?

Return service was really simple and easy. Attendant was very helpful and attentive. His English was very good. Was upsold on arrival (which I was happy with) however was very clear that I needed an estate (like I had ordered). It turned out the car was a saloon and the boot wasn’t big enough meaning I had to return to the desk and go through a refund/the process all over again.

Efficient and quick service - No on-boarding process for the car, just picked it up on my own. It took me an extra 15 mins to get accommodated with the functions and options. - GPS was available only in French, so I had to revert to my phone's maps

Quality of the car hired suited my purpose perfectly There was a mix up in the GPS hire , they said the car I was given had it in built but it wasn’t so had to go back and get a plug in GPS.
