Freindly and nice staff.
The did not try to sel extra insurance.
I was not informed that the office was in the domestic terminal.We arrived in international a and it took a Long time to find the Carenta desk.

It took extremely long to get the car (45-50 min.) Because they had to register me to their system which could be done prior to the day via email.
They asked extra payment for the additional driver and this was not specified anywhere when I made my booking.
They gave me another car (upgrade) but it was because they didn't have the car I asked

Counter staff quite helpful with good English. Cars all pretty new and in great condition. Didn't nit-pick small scratches upon return (some agencies are bad about this, trying to milk customers for extra money), was quick and painless. Would like to see more manual transmission cars. We were first offered an automatic transmission Renault, the only thing they had with manual was a Citroen which wasn't quite as nice of a car (though same category), but we took anyway.

Cheap carCar was not completely clean inside (old food in car door pocket). Several dents and scratches on car. When returning to airport you are supposed to be given a card to gain access to car park. Garrenta do not provide this. This caused MANY problems at the barrier on return.

Courtesy of the staff, Efficient service, excellent car - new Seat Leon. Fell in love with it! Not important but worth mentioning: please put cleaning liquid in the windshield wiper. Rest is all fine!

The customer service was very good and efficient.The receptionist at Izmir airport spoke very clear English so her instructions were easy to understand about where exactly to pick up the car.We dropped the car off a week earlier than expected because of a family member becoming ill.The rep was there to meet us at the time and date expected. Trying to get in touch with the company to inform them of us returning the car a week early was a bit difficult as the options when we'd phoned were all in Turkish and we didn't know what option to press to get to speak to a customer service rep that spoke English.

Customer service staff politenessInsistively got given a car with low pressure amber symbol on saying that it will be okay. Though admittedly he topped up all tyres infront me. In addition the car was pulling to the right when driving.
