The car had a good specification and was great for the snowy conditions. The pick up and drop box was easy to find and to use.

The car was difficult to find, the map said it was on the first floor, however, the car park identified that floor as level 2

Very efficient and friendly staff

Drop off was slightly confusing as the signage is poor
