- Very helpful staff, particularly when dropping off at Ancona in wrong part of airport ie in area where cars are usually picked up.
- No handbook in car. Papers had put a cross through petrol and this could be misread as therefore being a diesel car. It was not. I suggest a ring around the relevant information.

- Although the upgrade is seen as a positive it is not always desirable. We booked a car knowing we had narrow roads to negotiate so the upgrade meant that driving was a little more tricky.
