They don't check the car at all when it is given to the customer. Plus I noticed small bump which was not mentioned by them. Those are aspects that I would improve in order to increase the reliability of a car rent company.

Get more efficient at the pick up: all data have been filled out on before hand by the person renting the car. The front window was so dirty on the inside, that when we got the car in the evening and drove to our house we simply couldn't see where we were going because of the greasy reflection.

Car was ok. It was clean and all damage was listed, plus there was an employee available to note on the documents all other minor damage before driving away.
It took over 2 hours of queuing to collect the car.

Process was all fairly straightforward. Good value for money.
Cars seemed to be a little scratched and there were a few dings here and there. Felt that they were very keen on checking the cars when they came back and maybe not so good on marking up damage when car picked up. Beware of this and check car carefully (I take photos).

I didn't like the fact that when we went to pick up the car we had to assemble the two back seats ourselves. It was a seven seater and the two back seats were not in position. And there was nobody to ask for help to put them together. Very disappointed...

VERY!!!!!!! pushy counter staff made my experience very uncomfortable. did not appreciate the hard sell tactics for unecessary extras, ie insurance and child booster seatsand size upgrade.

Car had lots of damage listed looked rough

We arrived after 9PM and by that time no one was at the desk but we patiently waited until they could return from checking the cars in the garage. From there it was really simple and a painless process.
The car itself already has some scratches and dings but nothing major that caused any sort of alarm.
