The car was exactly as we booked; it was easy to pick and drop it and the staff was helpful. We travel a lot with rental cars and it was the first time we received a car that wasn't cleaned inside.

Problem with half empty fuel tank was fixed extremely quickly and in a friendly and helpful way at return of car.Fuel tank was not full at pick-up.

The man at the counter was very helpful and advised me well. I was very happy to be upgraded! I seemed to put the wrong pickup time on my booking and had to wait for a car but ended up getting upgraded which made it not so bad after all!

Easy straight forward transactionno information on pick up on where to return the car to. Did not ask as assumed instructions would be on the paperwork. The day before drop off. We tried to phone Global to ask for directions but could not get through.
Once you know, the process is very easy but the lack of information caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

The car was clean and full eequipd and was exact the car I hired.We waited 45 minutes to get served beacause of only one person serving many customers.
At the drop off or check in point I was not given directly a copy of the check in protocol and I had to ask it twice as the first one was blank and not signed.

The free upgrade we were "given, not offered " was to a Ford Mini van from a Focus.
This was not an upgrade in our opinion as there was only 2 of us and it was unnecessarily large for our requirements. We would have preferred a vehicle of the size we booked.

My car had a technical fault on the second day and swapping the car for another was a relatively simple process at my local garage.The car that my Fiesta was swapped with had a few less features eg. no air con - this made things a bit less comfortable.But no big problem.

Drop off was quick and easyWhile the car I received was the same class it was pretty basic compared to the ford focus that I was expecting and normally receive. Same class received but definitely on the lower end of that class.

the pricing of the rental, please make it easier with the insurance part, have a local option directly to include full insurance with no external solution involved, this is VERY annoying and confusing for a customer.GPS should be standard

The satnav was in German. The counter staff said there was a Global guy in the garage who could change the language, but I could see nobody. Other car rental people not very helpful.
Antilock brake warning light permanently on.
