Reception desk personnelLack of clear directions from the reception desk to the actual car pick-up point.
The distance needed to get to car pick-up. With a large suit case and a large golf bag it was difficult.

Easy to find desk and short queue. Would have liked a VW or Seat but got a Peugeot which was ok. At Malaga airport from the desk to the different levels where the cars are stored is not clearly signed. It is difficult to tell what level you need to be on and there is only 1 lift that takes about 4 people and their trolley of luggage.

Second car was in good condition First car provided was not fit for the road, old, warning light on and steering had a lot of play and needed repair.
Had to wait a further 30 mins for second car.

Helpfulness of staff in Seville.The cabriolet we booked did not function. The soft top mechanism was broken. However Eurocar rep kindly swapped it for us (in Seville) for a lovely soft top Fiat. That was perfect so many thanks

We did not realise that the Europcar desk was airside. We arrived late (planned) and stayed in a local hotel to pick the car up the following morning. Locating the desk was not easy and not sign posted.

Car was new and perfect for us.Car wasn’t in same parking level that they told us in the desk. It took over 1 hour to find our car. We get altough help from the staff.

When I eventually got to the counter everything was dealt with efficiently.I have used many car hire companies in the past, however, I have settled on Europcar as my car rental company in the past number of years because of the ease of use. Unfortunately, on this occasion the wait to pick up my car was excessive.

Total insurance coverage was expensive but we had the car for 12 days. It was a small SUV/mini but a large car for the very tight European streets in the small towns. so we didn't want to take a chance. We did not do any damage to the car - oh well...Base rate on the car was excellent.
We were given a VW Touron.

Staff were helpful and explains the insurance cover in brief. Easy to locate the car in the carpark.The car was always veering to the right during driving. It was Ok but it required a lot of concentration to keep it in the middle of the lane.

Easy and proximity to the terminal Having to go to another separate desk and join a further queue in order to haves conversation about a scratch not being the result of being in a collision. I was fully covered and the answer could have been relayed by the investigator who did the inspection. There need not be any delay to passengers taking flights

I liked the fact that I got the exact model of car I chose.We had to wait a long time in the queue to pick up the car, although there were 4 counters, not all the hostesses worked in the same time. Plus, it took a lot of time to process each client.

Friendly staff, Unable to locate where to go to get the car on arrival at the airport, we were then sent to the drop off area by airport employees rather than pick up, finally found out where to go from office staff in the returns section!!! It took 45 mins to get to the pick up point and a lot of stress.

To deliver the car was quick and efficient.Took us more than one hour to get the card at the airport, eventhough we had pre-booked! This is poor service, and should not be neccessary.

Car which I booked was not available. Staff proposed car of the same size but different model which I didn't like. Afterwards I got upgrade proposal which was very good and I took it. In general I was satisfied even my car was more expensive.

The helpfulness of your staff on the desk at collection
I believe Jessica and Natalie were 2 of the 3 on the desk providing assistance. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and a credit to your organisation. They assisted with a card process problem too as well as interacting with our excitable 2 year old boy Edward!
A Very nice welcome!!I am aware the collection area in Malaga airport for the car is not very well lit and once in daylight I could see very minor marks on the car which I would prefer to photograph first.
