Why rent a car in Oxford with

At, our team negotiate with all the well-known car hire brands in Oxford to bring you cheap prices all the time. Some of the rental companies we deal with include Europcar, Budget and Thrifty. When you search for a car on our site, you will find a wide range of vehicles — from small cars for city driving, to prestige cars that are ideal for weddings. We will quickly compare prices, and you can even filter the results to find exactly what you are looking for.

Top Tips

  • Cars are strongly discouraged from driving into the city centre, and there are a number of restrictions — particularly for traffic approaching from the east along the high street. Therefore, we recommend using one of Oxford’s ’Park and Ride’ facilities. The cost of using this service will be significantly less than parking in the city centre.
  • When approaching a roundabout, always give priority to traffic approaching from the right, unless otherwise indicated.
  • At some intersections called ‘box junctions’, criss-cross yellow lines are painted on the road. Traffic must not enter ‘the box’ unless the exit road or lane is clear.

Which companies offer best value in Oxford?

To assist your decision when you are considering who to rent with, we display ratings and reviews from previous customers next to each listing — so you can see which brands people trust and recommend the most. We pride ourselves on being impartial, and we want your rental experience to be straightforward and hassle-free. Don’t forget to book a car with a full-to-full fuel policy if you want to avoid hidden fuel costs (just remember to refill the tank before dropping the car off).
