We make hiring a car in Las Vegas hassle-free, so you have an enjoyable rental experience. We are more than just a comparison site: we deal with car hire companies directly to bring you exclusive deals and, in most cases, the cheapest prices. You will find a wide range of cars (including luxury vehicles and convertible cars like the Ford Mustang Cabrio) from a number of well-known brands. Just use the search form to tell us when you need a car in Las Vegas, then use the handy filters on the results page to quickly find your perfect vehicle.
Some suppliers (such as Thrifty and Dollar) have special offers on their cars, so you get an ‘extra’ included in the price — a free GPS, for example. Of course, there’s more to good value than freebies; you want to be sure the company has a good all-round reputation. To help you decide who to rent with, we show reviews and ratings left by our previous customers next to each car listing. We ask customers to rate the supplier in seven key areas (including the condition of the car and the efficiency of the counter staff), so you get an insight into how each supplier compares in terms of customer satisfaction.
Hoover Dam: A spectacular feat of engineering, the Hoover Dam is well worth a trip from Vegas — and you can get there in just 45 minutes. The dam is the highest concrete dam in the Western Hemisphere, and it towers over the Colorado River at more than 720 feet tall. Not only that, but it was also named one of the Top 10 Construction Achievements of the 20th Century. You can take a tour of the power plant for a small fee, and see the original diversion tunnels and the generators at the base of the dam — before visiting the observation deck where you can take in the panoramic views over the Colorado River and Lake Mead.
Red Rock Canyon: Less than half an hour from Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon is an area of astounding natural beauty. Home to thousands of different species of plants and wildlife (including lizards, grey foxes and burros) the park is a great place to visit if you enjoy outdoor pursuits — with activities like hiking, biking and climbing on offer. If you want to take in the stunning sights from behind the wheel, enjoy the one-way scenic drive (around 13 miles long) before heading back to Las Vegas.
Bonnie Springs Ranch: Situated in the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area, Bonnie Springs Ranch is a great day out for the whole family. The ranch is a replica of a traditional mining town, where you can take part of a number of fun activities — including horse riding, pony trekking and rock climbing. There is also a small petting zoo, where youngsters can get up close with native and exotic animals (such as alpacas, goats and deer).
