- It had Apple car play so sat nav from your phone is perfect
- Would’ve preferred a full to full fuel rather than matching what you collected, just a little difficult to guess where to fill it too so you end up probably putting more fuel back in… not a big problem

- Car was clean and there were no faults. All the previous damage was well documented. Short walk from the airport or you could wait for the shuttle bus.
- If you have not rented from Italy by car before you should always remember to print off you voucher or download it to your device, I would like to see this changed

- The lady behind the counter was lovely & made the experience really slick & easy. The guy that helped us with the car as really friendly and helpful. A lovely car... brand new, & when I pointed out a scratch, he didn't hesitate to make a note & was fine about it. Drop off couldn't have been easier, 2 lovely guys, smiley, friendly & helpful.
- The gutly who drove the shuttle bus was weird. When we asked him a question, he pretended he wasn't the driver. Then got in the bus. Perhaps we didn't get his sense of humour, but he wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. We walked to collect the cat.
