Drivalia at Trapani Airport

Once served at the rental desk the process was quick and easy; the car was as expected

The car was dirty on the outside and dusty on the inside when we picked it up. When we returned the car the Drivalia representative, having checked the car over and found no faults, complained that the car was dirty on the outside - and was quite rude about it!!

If no credit card, they force you for their expensive full insurance, despite you already have one from booking. I dont know how to get the one of booking reimbursed. Car had no wind screen wash fluid.
