Nice staff at counter in terminal 2. Very efficient drop off process.Service at terminal 1 was only about upgrading you. Link to terminal 2 too slow. Wait at terminal 2 too long.

It was a long way from terminal 1 - taking a bus then a big walk (with luggage) from terminal 2 to the desk.
When returning the car, it wasn't obvious what to do once we arrived - actually we were supposed to wait with the car until someone came but there were no signs telling us this
I purchased an upgrade to a very new Nissan Qashqai for a reasonable extra sum. I hired two cars over the holiday, coincidentally two identical Qashqais. Both were nearly new and in excellent condition. Collection and return was very straightforward.
The car was great and way bigger than what i orderedHire staff stating no damage..but bumps and scrapes all over...
Europcar queue is now better managed and we didn't have to wait long. Europcar rep was helpful and I paid for an upgrade to a new Nissan Qashqai which was excellent. I have no negative comments.

Staff polite and efficient. At pick up, the cars were so tightly parked I had to ask the attendant to drive car from its parked position.

The process of rental and pick up/ drop off was easy. The windscreen was smeary, which was inconvenient. But no big deal.
The car was good. With myself and a friend . It was highly suitable. We used it very little requiring really to have transport to our place of stay and return.The Europcar desk at Nice although easy to locate. The staff were less than polite and amiable, due to me arriving prior to the booked time.(1hr) so my fault I guess?. They informed me there would be an extra charge,as they were unable to advise me how much, I decided to wait. Heavy pressure by second rep to take extra insurance which I declined.
