- When I tried to pick the car up they had cancelled it because I was 7 hours late. I couldn’t see in your T&Cs where it says that. Rhodium said that the contract was void and I would have to pay another €218. They then used my contract number that you had sent me to rent me the same car they had reserves on that contract. the car smelt of cigarettes
