- Car was not in the noleggiare car park. The car had a lot small dents and scratches. Noleggiare are trying to charge for a small dent they found, that was already on the car when I picked it up but recorded on their damage report. Charletons

- The car was new.
- The car was slightly smaller than the one we'd booked which meant passengers in the back were more cramped. The desk staff aggressively try to sell their own insurance policies using scare tactics even when the customer has coverage through the broker. Noleggiare are charging me for damage I don't believe I'm responsible for.
