- The car was returned early due to the Coronavirus virus, we had a rescue flight arranged at the last moment. We traveled from Florence to Pisa during the early hours and retuned the car with the petrol tank slight below the full mark.we were told we would be charged about £20 when I checked our account When we were back home we were charged £91.

- The employees were very friendly and competent. They were all very fast with the delivery and very clear with the conditions explanation.
- From the airport hall It wasn't really clear where the JoyRent desk was located. You needed to exit in order to understand where to go
