Drivalia at Pisa Airport

Booking.com ease of use.

I have been charged 179euros for damage that was already listed when I collected the car. I have tried to contact Drivalia regarding this with no success.

We have rented a car from different companies at Pisa airport on many occasions. The Peugeot 128 which we were given was excellent. We always choose a small car and always take the lowest price (together with fully comprehensive insurance). I would choose Drivalia again but PRICE is the determining factor.

Easy to collect the car.

Drop off was confused as there was no staff to greet and collect keys in the parking lot. We know for next time but this resulted in us inadvertently locking keys in the car and incurring charges.
