- Staff were engaging and helpful at every contact
- Signage from the direction we came out of was poor. Directions on the booking first stated that it was located opposite the terminal, but an address I clicked on took us away from the Airport, ended up at the garage where the cars are serviced. Staff member stated that it happens quite a lot and drove us back to the airport

- The car we had was very nice.
- We had to pay for an upgrade because we were late collecting the car and they had given it to someone else. There was nobody to go over the location of the unfamiliar controls in the car.
