- The car was in good condition but it was not the one I ordered and had to pay a lot more.
- The car was not available and I was asked to pay double for a bigger car. My flight was delayed by an hour and a half, but Mex had my flight details - why do you ask for it otherwise? they say they only keep it for an hour. The attendand, Laura, was slow and not helpful at all and Rentalcars also didn't help.

- That the price advertised was nothing like the price paid. They set their own exchange rates so basically charge whatever they want. We are in Mexico and they set prices in USD then use conversion rates way off the actual rate. Paid an extra £50 for this privilege.
