- 1.No staff to meet you at the airport whereas every other company did have a placard. 2. Then waited 30 minutes for a courtesy bus, only to find it took us about 100m from the terminal building to their office. 3. Were charged £28 for cleaning inside the car as they said someone had been smoking. Neither of us smoke just a rip off
