- They attended all my concerns.
- 1. I asked to booking for car insurance Cancelation ( May 17th) but the money never come back( around 167dll) 2. I asked for replace the car, because it had a defect then I had to come back to Merida in order to the change the car 3. America did not return the money for extra gasoline.

- It was very easy to pick up the car. The staff were friendly, and helpful. It was pointed out to me that my DL was expired, but luckily my friend's DL was not expired and we were able to rent the car. The car interior and exterior was cleaned. It was filled with a tank of gas.
- Within the first day, the car broke down. The battery was died. A new car would not be delivered until the next day. Communication was challenge and via what's app. We had to stay overnight, and pay for an extra hotel, plus lose our other hotel. Little to no compensation was offered by the rental company. I reserved a Nissan but was given a Changan
