- I dont like service from Rental Company, at pick wasn't to bad, little bit of waiting, but on drop off I wasn't happy at all, guy which collected car from me,try to say I did a scratch on bumper, but I wasn't. lucky I had a report with all damage, also to collect deposit, they are so quick, but to giveit back absolutely not Still waiting for deposi

- That I pay extra insurance Because that's insurance that I booked from you it's meeting nothing....I booked again insurance from the company Maggiore.....that's cost me more...next time I booked direct from Maggiore....

- Long wait to pick up the car, poor customer service. We have been charged for pre-existing damage although we have photo evidence of the preexisting damage they still blamed us. We have now lodged a complaint with ombudsman.
