- The car needed a service/oil change so the yellow light kept coming on. This involved me checking the oil level and generally keeping an eye on the running of the car, over the Christmas period. Given the state to the oil it should of been changed before I picked it up.

- The car was not particularly new (nearly 100,000 kms). There's no staff at the car park to check the car with you or to meet you when you return.
