- We ordered a Citroen C5 Aircross.We recieved a Volkswagen T-Cross,which was smaller than the Citroen C5. This was dissapointing as we had a baby car seat in the back with two adults.This was a squash for all our journeys.
- The fact that we received a smaller car than we had booked/paid for.

- I could not use the booking.com booking because I didn't have a credit card to pay for the deposit so had to take out a whole new agreement with Ecovia and pay for everything twice. Now I have been told by Booking.com I cant get the money back for the booking not used. First experience of booking through here and probably the last.
