- The service at the counter was friendly and competent, although very slow considering there was only one person in front of me.
- Car was smelly and the seats were stained. The bodywork was scratched and dented and not what you expect from a hire car. There was less than half a tank of petrol so I had to fill up sooner than expected. I’ve rented four cars in Italy this year and this one was the worst by far.
