- The staff, the car and the price.
- The pick up point should be clearly marked at the airport. We had to ask a bus driver and then made lots of calls as there was no sign at all. This part was stressful, but once the bus came everything else was wonderful. Will definitely use this company again.

- The friendliest car hire staff ever. Completely unheard of for car hire to be an enjoyable experience but these ladies were outstandingly warm and helpful!
- There could be a sign at airport where the shuttle stops.
